Ladies and Gentlemen!

Let me introduce you to my new Gabriele Ristorante, which I have opened in Prague. My name is Gabriele Feliciani and I come from Italian region Abruzzo, where I spent my childhood, and where my family still lives. After completing my apprenticeship and obtaining the title of Master Chef I worked in Italian and International hotels and restaurants oriented mainly on french cuisine. Here it became very clear to me, that the Italian gastronomic culture is my priority for my future development. So in my spare time I started to explore provincial cities and rural restaurants, their traditional Italian cuisine typical for their regions, using their own local products. I soon discovered that the old Italian cuisine based on creativity and imagination has far greater range of flavors than many regular, so-called Italian restaurants. I felt that I must leave the food preparation stereotype. Only such an Italian gastronomic culture corresponds to the spirit of today, maintaining vitality, lightness and creativity.

For that reason I have my own motto “ Cucina di ingredienti e sapori “. I am inviting you to my restaurant in Downtown Prague, and it will be my great honor and pleasure to get the opportunity to introduce you to my culinary skills in authentic Italian atmosphere.

I worked in Canada, New York, Miami and Boston, in Europe - Cannes, Grasse, Barcelona, Parma, Rome, Florence, Milan, Munich prior to opening my own restaurant: Gabriele in Rottach - Egern on Tegernsee
