INGREDIENTS
The meat used for your meals is selected right at the breeders' farms. We never use meat produced with use of growth hormones, anabolic agents, or from an animal treated indelicately. We follow the rule that the best meal is prepared as early as at the breeder. Proper transport, storage and last but not least perfect work of the cook during preparation itself follow.

INTERNATIONAL CUISINE
Two very different gastronomic worlds are interwoven here. The state-of-the-art international stylish cuisine following the current world trend and the rustic grill cuisine. These seemingly different worlds meet here in an uncorrupted form. You can for example choose a fresh lobster from our aquarium. The restaurant is divided into two floors. In the first floor there is the main part of the restaurant with an open fireplace, a lounge and a glazed kitchen. In the basement floor you can visit a wine cellar and a lounge with unusual interior. You can park in the restaurant premises and we can even offer you accommodation in the Albertov Rental Apartments. So come and see for yourself.
